Caught red-handed a factory producing 'high-end cosmetics' with strange substances

(Baonghean.vn) - While searching Nguyen Tien Chung's home, the police caught the family red-handed mixing and producing cosmetics without permission from the authorities.

On the morning of May 9, at the private home of Mr. Nguyen Tien Chung (born in 1986, residing at No. 12, Lane 17, Cu Chinh Lan Street, Block 7, Trung Do Ward, Vinh City), the Environmental Police force of Vinh City Police caught Mr. Chung's family red-handed mixing and producing cosmetics without permission from the authorities.

Confiscated exhibits include: 97 packages of regenerating mask powder, 60g/package; 95 packages of Moonkute whitening bath powder, 400g/package; 57 boxes of body whitening cream, 180ml/box; 512 unlabeled packaging for mask powder; 161 labels for regenerating mask powder.

Authorities also seized 160 used Hazeline body lotion boxes and lids, 370ml each, and 5.8kg of dark yellow powder; 26kg of blue powder; and 20kg of light yellow powder, which are raw materials for making cosmetics.

Vinh City Police have drawn up a record to temporarily detain all exhibits for appraisal and handling according to regulations.
