Detained a subject who raped a 5-year-old child

After going to the hospital, they learned that the child had been raped, so the family filed a complaint with the authorities.

According to information from Nghia Dan District Police, on the afternoon of January 10, this agency issued an emergency arrest warrant for Truong Van Uy (born in 1966), residing in Nhu Xuan District, Thanh Hoa Province, to investigate the crime of child rape.

Previously, Nghia Dan police received a complaint from Mr. Tam's family, residing in Xam village, Nghia Lam commune, Nghia Dan district, accusing Uy of raping his daughter, N (born in 2006).

The child's family said that on the afternoon of January 8, Truong Van Uy, who was working as a security guard for an orange garden for a family farm in Nghia Son commune, Nghia Dan district, came to visit. After that, he left and Nhan followed him. By the afternoon of the same day, it was almost dark and the child had not returned, so the family rushed out to look for him.

When they went to the orange garden where Uy was working with the intention of asking if they had seen the child, everyone saw Uy holding Nhan in his arms. After being taken home by his mother, Nhan complained of pain and burning in his genital area. The family took him to the hospital and found out that he had been raped. On January 10, the family filed a complaint with the authorities to report the molester's actions.

It is known that at the investigation agency, initially the subject Uy confessed to his crime.

Nghia Dan District Police are continuing to investigate the case.
