Nearly 11,000 rotten poultry eggs were caught and destroyed.

(Baonghean.vn) -On June 6, the Environmental Crime Prevention Police Department of Nghe An Province coordinated with other authorities to destroy nearly 11,000 rotten eggs of unknown origin.

The destroyed exhibits included 9,000 quail eggs and 1,820 chicken eggs of unknown origin, which were discovered and seized by the Environmental Police on June 1, when inspecting the passenger car with license plate 37B 00854 owned by the owner Duong Phuc At (born in 1972), residing in Giang Son - Do Luong.



These dirty eggs will reach consumers if not detected and seized.

At the time of inspection, the police discovered 10 boxes of quail eggs and 4 boxes of chicken eggs without valid documents and with a foul smell, bought by Duong Phuc At in Hanoi for 5 million VND, transported from My Dinh bus station to Do Luong to sell at wholesale markets for profit.

After imposing an administrative fine of 1.5 million VND on Duong Phuc At, the authorities proceeded to destroy all of the above poultry eggs in accordance with the law.
