Arrested for transporting livestock without valid documents

(Baonghean.vn)- At 11:40 a.m. on September 8, Dien Chau Traffic Police Station arrested a case of transporting livestock without valid documents.

At the above time, while patrolling at km 410 of National Highway 1A in Dien Truong commune (Dien Chau), the working group of Dien Chau Traffic Police Station discovered a truck with license plate 37C-09879, driven by Nguyen Canh Tan, born in 1992, residing in Dai Son commune, Do Luong district, showing suspicious signs.

Dien Chau Traffic Police Station handed over the seized cows to Dien Chau Veterinary Station for handling according to the law.

Upon inspection, it was discovered that the vehicle carrying 17 cows did not have any documents proving their origin and quarantine from the veterinary agency. It is known that the above cows belong to the owner Le Van Mi, born in 1991, residing in Nghi Kieu commune, Nghi Loc district, and are being transported from Do Luong district to Dien Truong commune, Dien Chau district for consumption.

The working group has drawn up a record to temporarily detain the above cows and handed them over to Dien Chau District Veterinary Station for handling according to the provisions of law./.
