Arrested for transporting large quantities of smuggled goods and dangerous toys
(Baonghean) - At 1:00 p.m. on September 6, on National Highway 1A in Quan Bau Ward, Vinh City, the Economic Crime Investigation Police Team of Vinh City Police inspected a truck with license plate 29C-08.266 traveling from Hanoi to Vinh, driven by Nguyen Trung Kien in Van Thang, Ba Vi, Ha Tay, and caught him red-handed illegally transporting smuggled goods and dangerous toys. The police force seized more than 1,000 toy guns with various types of plastic bullets. Among these were many types of guns with new designs, identical in size and color to real guns, especially dangerous because of their strong shooting power, causing high damage, and originating from China.
More than 1,000 violent toy guns were discovered in the shipment.
