The driver of the passenger bus with license plate 37B-016.70, Bui Quang Trung (born in 1971, residing in hamlet 6, Tan Son commune, Quynh Luu district) could not present documents or invoices proving the origin.

The working group has drawn up a record and handed it over to Market Management Team No. 6 (under Nghe An Market Management Department) for handling according to the provisions of law.
