US Election: AI Predicts Harris Will Beat Trump
Predictions give Mr. Trump a 73.3% chance of winning Arizona, 62.1% in North Carolina, and 61.8% in Georgia.

According to the Semafor website, a study using artificial intelligence (AI) conducted by American entrepreneurs shows that Democratic presidential candidate Kamala Harris has a higher chance of winning the 2024 election than her Republican opponent Donald Trump.
The study was conducted by Aaru, a company founded in September that uses AI to model voters in seven key battleground states by crunching demographic data and creating thousands of “voter avatars” — bots designed to simulate real voters.
These bots analyze news and information that real voters have access to, and form their support for the candidates. The results show that, although the AI bots show equal support for both candidates, Ms. Harris will win by a small margin.
Projections show that Mr. Trump has a 73.3% chance of winning Arizona, 62.1% chance of winning North Carolina, and 61.8% chance of winning Georgia. Meanwhile, Ms. Harris has a 63.3% chance of winning Michigan, 53.4% chance of winning Nevada, 52.4% chance of winning Pennsylvania, and 50.9% chance of winning Wisconsin. At least 1,000 bots were used to simulate voters in each of these states, with their support based on news reports published before midnight Sunday.
Aaru was founded by two 19-year-old entrepreneurs, Cam Fink and Ned Koch, along with their 15-year-old partner John Kessler. The young entrepreneurs claim their system is highly accurate, significantly cheaper and faster than traditional surveying methods.
The US general election takes place on November 5. Voters will elect the president, one-third of the Senate, all 435 members of the House of Representatives, and governors in 11 states and two territories.
This US Presidential race features Republican candidate Donald Trump, who was the 45th president from 2017 to 2021 and is seeking a return to the White House after losing to Joe Biden in 2020. Kamala Harris, the incumbent Vice President since January 2021, is currently seeking a presidential term.
