(Baonghean.vn) -This afternoon, the 10th session of the 16th Provincial People's Council continued, with comrades Tran Hong Chau - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; Nguyen Xuan Son - Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; Tran Van Mao - Standing Member of the Provincial People's Council chairing the meeting.

After the question-and-answer session on clean water issues at the meeting hall, the Provincial People's Council passed two Resolutions confirming the voting results to dismiss the position of Head of the Cultural Committee - Provincial People's Council for comrade Nguyen Xuan Son - Standing Committee member, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council and the Resolution confirming the election results of Head of the Cultural and Social Committee of the Provincial People's Council for the 2011-2016 term for comrade Tran Cong Duong - Standing Committee member of the Provincial Party Committee, Chief of the Provincial Party Committee Office.
Also this afternoon, on behalf of the President, Comrade Tran Hong Chau awarded the Second Class Independence Order to the Inspectorate of Nghe An province; Comrade Nguyen Xuan Duong awarded the Second Class Labor Medal to 4 individuals and the Third Class Labor Medal to 3 individuals with outstanding achievements in the cause of building and defending the Fatherland.
