Bayern won the Bundesliga for the fifth consecutive time

Bayern won the Silver Plate three rounds early thanks to a 6-0 victory over Wolfsburg, while second-placed Leipzig could only draw.

Winning the Bundesliga for five consecutive seasons is also a record set by Bayern Munich. Bayern with a big win over Wolfsburg has 73 points, while second-placed Leipzig has only 63 points after a goalless draw with Ingolstadt. With a 10-point lead over their opponents with only three rounds left in the season, Bayern took the title early.

This is the 27th national championship title in Bayern's history. This season, the "Gray Tigers" have only lost two matches. They have scored 79 goals and conceded 17.

Coach Carlo Ancelotti also enjoyed the joy of setting a personal record. He is the first coach to win four of the top five European national championships. Previously, Serie A with AC Milan, the Premier League with Chelsea and Ligue 1 with PSG. The Italian coach had a time leading Real but only won the Champions League, not La Liga.

Despite winning the Bundesliga, Bayern was still considered to have had an incomplete year when they were eliminated from the German Cup and did not make it to the Champions League semi-finals.
