Vinh City Party Committee gives comments on draft documents of Party Congress

(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of June 12, Vinh City Party Committee held a meeting of the City Party Executive Committee to collect opinions on the draft documents of the 23rd City Party Congress for the 2015-2020 term. The draft political report of the 22nd Vinh City Party Executive Committee submitted to the 23rd Party Congress has 2 parts: Part I evaluates the results of implementing the resolution of the 22nd City Party Congress for the 2010-2015 term. Part II: Directions, goals, tasks and main solutions for the 2015-2020 term.

At the conference, the delegates' comments all agreed with the content of the draft documents. The draft report has a clear structure and layout, and the content is highly practical and general. In addition, the delegates also gave comments and proposed to amend some sentences and words to make them more appropriate. The fields in the general objectives should be rearranged in order of priority.

Some delegates still have concerns about some targets in the draft that are still high, such as: the rate of building national standard schools reaching 90%, 100% of hamlets having cultural houses, resolving old collective housing areas reaching 100%, needing to adjust the City budget revenue data according to the decentralization or reviewing some really necessary projects. For City-level projects, they should be included in the action program after the congress.

At the conference, the Vinh City Party Congress Document Subcommittee received comments and feedback from delegates to complete the documents and print them for the City Party Congress; coordinated with the City People's Committee and departments and branches to unify the data to ensure accuracy when submitting to the congress. At the conference, the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee also asked for the opinion of the Executive Committee on the number and composition of delegates attending the 18th Provincial Party Congress.

On the same afternoon, the City Party Committee continued to contribute comments to the Draft Documents of the 12th National Party Congress and the Draft Political Report to be submitted to the 18th Provincial Party Congress.
