(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of May 24, the Military Command of Quynh Luu district held a preliminary review of 10 years of the emulation movement "Building and managing regular, green, clean and beautiful barracks".

Implementing the emulation movement "Building and managing regular, green, clean and beautiful barracks" launched by the General Department of Logistics, the District Military Command has well organized 6 contents of the movement, including reasonable barracks planning, ensuring legal management of national defense land and proper use; barracks construction and management are carried out in accordance with regulations; the work of managing and using electricity and water safely and economically is given importance; the work of ensuring environmental sanitation for green, clean and beautiful barracks is strictly maintained according to the daily and weekly regime.

In 10 years of implementing the emulation movement, the District Military Command has always been associated with the movements "Emulation to Win", "The Army Logistics Sector follows Uncle Ho's teachings", the Campaign "Management and exploitation of good, durable, safe, economical and safe technical equipment and weapons" and the Campaign to build a good, healthy and rich cultural environment in the Army". From there, it has created positive changes to raise the sense of responsibility of all officers and soldiers in preserving assets, barracks, building the environment and landscape of the unit. Also through the emulation movement, the material and spiritual life of officers and soldiers has been significantly improved, and the discipline of the unit has been maintained. The emulation movement has really contributed positively to creating a comprehensive strength in building a strong and comprehensive unit and successfully completing all political tasks of the unit.

At the conference, the Party Committee and the District Military Command awarded certificates of merit to 1 collective and 5 individuals with achievements in implementing the movement. The District Military Command proposed that the Provincial Military Command award certificates of merit to 1 collective and 2 individuals with excellent performance in the emulation movement.
