Nghe An Border Guard signed a coordination regulation with provincial agencies and departments.
(Baonghean.vn) - On the afternoon of February 29, 2012, in Vinh city, the Provincial Border Guard Command organized a signing ceremony to implement a coordination program between the Nghe An Border Guard Command and provincial departments, branches and sectors.
According to the signed minutes, provincial departments and branches will coordinate with border units to promote propaganda and mobilize people to raise their self-awareness in building and developing the economy, culture and society, strengthening national defense and security, and building a strong all-people border defense in border areas.
Representatives of the units signed the agreement to coordinate activities.
Nghe An Border Guard closely coordinates with departments and branches such as; Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, Ethnic Committee, Women's Union, Department of Education and Training, Department of Justice, Association of the Elderly, Red Cross and Provincial Farmers' Association, on the basis of the functions and tasks of each department and branch, annually deploys the construction of 1-2 practical models of the sector, in specific areas to help people in the border area, with close monitoring, direction and inspection, and at the end of the year, there is a summary assessment of the specific effectiveness of each model. On that basis, effective models are drawn up to be widely deployed in other areas on the border.
At the conference, delegates from departments, branches and sectors also contributed many ideas to improve the effectiveness of signing agreements in the coming time./.
