Conference to summarize 5 years of implementing conclusions No. 09 and 10 of the Provincial Party Committee and draw experience from mass mobilization work. Attending the Conference were Colonel Le Nhu Duc - Deputy Chief of Political Affairs of the Vietnam Border Guard; on the side of Nghe An province, there was comrade Ho Duc Phoc - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; comrades in the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, representatives of departments, branches, border districts, towns and border posts.

Over the past 5 years, implementing Conclusion No. 09, 10-KL/TU dated December 5, 2006 of the Executive Committee of the Nghe An Provincial Party Committee (Term XVI) on building the grassroots political system in religious and ethnic minority areas,
The conference also proposed a number of tasks and solutions to improve the effectiveness of mass mobilization work in the Border Guard in the coming time. In particular, focusing on improving the effectiveness of the contingent of cadres holding the position of deputy party secretary of border communes and cadres temporarily transferring party activities to villages; Effectively implementing the Project "Improving the quality and effectiveness of mass mobilization work, contributing to socio-economic development, ensuring national defense and security in the western border of Nghe An in the period of 2012 - 2015 and the following years";Coordinate with the Organizing Committee, the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Committee, and the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee to direct the construction of cultural parishes in some coastal religious areas.
