12 year old girl was tricked by her 'lover' and taken to a motel

On August 26, the Criminal Police Department (PC45) of Hai Phong City Police announced that it had urgently arrested Mai Ngoc Tu, 19 years old, in Hamlet 8, Xuan Bac Commune, Xuan Truong District, Nam Dinh Province, to investigate and handle the act of child rape.

Previously, on August 23, 2017, Department PC45 of Hai Phong City Police received a complaint from Mr. N.D.H, 42 years old, residing in Tran Nguyen Han, Le Chan District, Hai Phong City, about his daughter, NNL, 12 years old, being invited by a young man to go out and then sexually assaulted.

PC45 Department sent officers and soldiers to urgently investigate and clarify. NNL told the investigation agency: In early August, while playing online games, L. met Mai Ngoc Tu. After a short time, Tu confessed his love for L. and L. accepted.

On August 21, Tu texted L. to pick her up at Niem Nghia bus station to take her to Hanoi. L. accepted, then invited her classmate NTV (also 12 years old) to go with her. After the three of them got on the bus for 30 minutes, Tu said he was tired and carsick, so they got off the bus. It was almost noon, so Tu seduced L. and V. and Tu into a motel room in Hai Phong.

Here, after NTV fell asleep, Tu pulled L. to a neighboring room, locked the door, and then sexually assaulted L.

Through the victim's testimony and collected evidence, using professional measures, on August 24, detectives urgently arrested Mai Ngoc Tu.

At the investigation agency, Tu confessed all his crimes.
