Closing ceremony of the 4th training course for chief and deputy chief of commune police

(Baonghean.vn) - Nghe An Provincial Police Training and Professional Development Center has just held a closing ceremony for the 4th training course for commune police chiefs, deputy commune police chiefs and permanent police officers in 2014.

Attending the closing ceremony were 73 students from 5 ethnic groups: Kinh, Thai, Tho, H'Mong, Kho Mu. The students were trained in 12 topics, including: functions and tasks of the People's Public Security force; Some basic issues on the organization and operation of grassroots government; organization and operation of the Commune Police; Some basic issues on law, legislation and propaganda, dissemination and education at the grassroots level; promoting the right to mastery and implementing democratic regulations in communes and towns; basic investigation work to grasp the security and order situation in communes and towns; issues of rural security and the Commune Police with the work of ensuring security and order at the grassroots level; building a movement for the whole people to protect national security; administrative management of social order at the grassroots level; work of classifying and resolving cases of law violations occurring in communes and towns; work of managing subjects and educating people who violate the law; management and use of weapons and support tools.

The training course helps the communal police force grasp the legal provisions on functions, tasks and powers to organize the prevention, detection and fight against criminal activities and violations of the law; resolve and handle incidents in accordance with the law of the State, contributing to ensuring security and order at the grassroots level.

The final exam results of the training course were 100% satisfactory, of which 32 comrades achieved excellent results, 5 comrades were commended and rewarded by the Director of the Provincial Police Training and Professional Development Center.
