The final match between the two football teams of Vinh University and Van Xuan University of Technology, after 80 minutes of exciting and dramatic competition, ended the 2 regular periods with a 1-1 draw and had to move to a penalty shootout. As a result, the Vinh University team won Van Xuan University of Technology 7-6. The Organizing Committee awarded the Cup to Vinh University, and the award flag to Van Xuan University for second place. Two teams tied for third place: College of Transport and Viet Anh Secondary School; 3 players were awarded the Outstanding Player award.
