Closing ceremony of the 4th Senior Citizens Sports Festival, 2014

(Baonghean.vn) - After 3 days of exciting competition (from September 19-21), the 4th Senior Citizens Sports Festival 2014 ended successfully.

Awarding prizes to outstanding athletes.

Participating in the 4th Senior Citizens Sports Festival in 2014, there were 17/21 districts, cities and towns with 140 athletes. The athletes participated in the following sports: badminton (from 60-65 and over 65 years old for men's doubles, 55-60 and over 60 years old for women's doubles), table tennis (from 60-65 and over 65 years old for men's doubles, 55-60 and over 60 years old for women's doubles) and Chinese chess.

At the end of the tournament, the Vinh City Senior Citizens Association excellently won the first prize overall, the second prize went to Thai Hoa Town and the Hung Nguyen team won the third prize, the teams of Quy Chau, Tan Ky, Thanh Chuong, Nghi Loc, and Dien Chau won the consolation prize.
