Closing of the summer camp 'Connecting love' for orphans who are children of union members and workers
In its first year, the 2024 "Connecting Love" summer camp for orphans who are children of union members and workers across the province brought humanistic values, leaving many good impressions.

On the afternoon of June 23, the closing ceremony of the 2024 "Connecting Love" summer camp took place. The event was organized free of charge by the Provincial Labor Culture House and the Khai Minh Duc education system for 200 orphans and children in difficult circumstances who are children of union members and workers in Nghe An province.
Attending the event were members of the Provincial Party Executive Committee: Kha Van Tam - Chairman of the Provincial Labor Federation; Nguyen Thi Quynh Hoa - Chairman of the Provincial Women's Union; representatives of departments, branches, grassroots trade unions, relevant units, and 200 orphans who are children of union members and workers in the province and their parents.

After 2 days of performance,Summer camp "Connecting love"2024 was a great success, it was truly a useful experience, raising awareness for children.
Not only did the children participate in fun and entertaining activities, they also listened to lectures on Uncle Ho's 5 teachings, practiced self-reliance, practiced filial piety, gratitude, took care of themselves and others, etc. This morning (June 23), the children offered incense and flowers, reported their achievements to Uncle Ho, and performed folk dances at Ho Chi Minh Square.
At the closing ceremony, delegates enjoyed performances, looked back on the children's 2-day meaningful experience, listened to the children share about their families, and expressed their filial piety to their parents.
In his closing speech at the event, Mr. Nguyen Duc Thu - Director of the Provincial Labor Culture House, believed that the values learned at the summer camp would help the children on their path to development and maturity.
The representative of the organizing committee also expressed his gratitude to the teachers and volunteers who directly participated in the event; the direction and leadership of the Nghe An Provincial Federation of Labor; the support, collaboration and assistance of the Nghe An Provincial Women's Union, the 80th Information Brigade, the Le Mao Ward Police; the district, city, town and industry Labor Federations and the attention and trust of the parents and children participating in the 2024 Summer Camp...

Acknowledging the success of the event, Ms. Nguyen Thi Thu Nhi - Vice President of the Provincial Labor Federation hopes that in the coming time, trade unions at all levels will continue to coordinate with professionals, mobilize social resources, call on collectives and individuals to join hands, carry out many support activities, help children of union members in difficult circumstances, build a safe, friendly and healthy living environment. This contributes to increasingly better implementation of children's rights, gradually reducing the gap in living conditions, improving the quality of life and creating equal development opportunities for all children.


At the end of the event, 200 children participating in the summer camp received certificates and practical gifts from the organizers and accompanying units.
