Abandoned baby on the side of the road

Mr. Ngo Dinh Luan, residing in Dong Hoi 1 hamlet, Nghia Hoi commune, Nghia Dan district - the person who discovered the baby said that at about 11 am, he came home from work and heard the sound of a baby crying. He looked around and saw a newborn baby wrapped in a blanket, lying on the side of the road.

The abandoned newborn baby was taken to the commune health station for care.

Immediately after that, he reported to the local authorities. Upon receiving the news, the Nghia Hoi commune authorities and the commune health station were present at the scene, made a record and determined that it was a baby boy weighing about 3kg, born about 3-4 days ago.
