National Assembly delegates meet voters in Nghia Dan commune
Voters of Nghia Dan commune and 6 other communes reflected and proposed 34 issues related to socio-economy, political system building and social security.

On the morning of July 14, National Assembly deputies of the National Assembly Delegation of Nghe An province were elected in constituency No. 2: Major General Tran Duc Thuan - Full-time member of the National Assembly's Committee on National Defense, Security and Foreign Affairs and Mr. Vi Van Son - Member of the National Assembly's Council of Ethnic Minorities, Member of the Provincial Party Executive Committee, Director of the Department of Ethnic Minorities and Religions of Nghe An had a meeting with voters of Nghia Dan commune.
Also attending the meeting with voters were leaders and representatives of the Department of Home Affairs, Department of Agriculture and Environment, Department of Finance, Department of Construction and many voters from 7 communes.
The voter contact conference was organized in 2 forms: directly in Nghia Dan commune and online in 6 communes: Nghia Tho, Nghia Lam, Nghia Mai, Nghia Hung, Nghia Khanh, Nghia Loc (old Nghia Dan district).

Activities of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation at the Session
National Assembly Delegate Vi Van Son announced the results of the 9th Session of the 15th National Assembly. This is a historic session of the National Assembly, deciding many important issues of the country.
Notably, the National Assembly passed a resolution amending and supplementing a number of articles of the 2013 Constitution; resolutions to perfect the organization and operation of the two-level government apparatus; passed key laws and resolutions to promote socio-economic development and improve the effectiveness of State management; and oriented the country's development strategy in the coming period...
These decisions demonstrate the spirit of innovation, political courage, high consensus and strong determination of the National Assembly for the sustainable development of the nation and people.

National Assembly Delegate Vi Van Son also informed voters about the results of the activities of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation at the session.
Specifically, the Provincial National Assembly Delegation had 73 delegates participating in speaking about draft laws, draft resolutions, reports on socio-economics; security - defense; state budget and important issues under the authority of the National Assembly. Of which, there were 17 56 speeches and questions were given in the hall and many opinions of delegates in the delegation directly participated in the documents presented at the meeting.
Voters reflect and propose 34 issues
At the meeting, voters of Nghia Dan commune and other connecting points reflected and proposed 34 issues related to socio-economics, political system building and social security.
In addition to expressing high agreement on the implementation of a two-level government, initial smooth operations and a team of competent, highly responsible officials serving the people well, voter Le Dinh Chau (Nghia Dan commune) requested the National Assembly and the Government to study and adjust salaries and allowances for officials and civil servants, ensuring a minimum standard of living, reducing the situation of officials with "one foot in, one foot out"; at the same time, have a plan to arrange and use public assets most effectively after the merger.

Voters of Nghia Loc commune recommend that competent authorities pay attention to arranging enough staff and civil servants at the commune level, especially those with expertise in financial management, land, and site clearance compensation.
Voters of Nghia Tho commune recommend that all levels study the plan to arrange and use qualified non-professional staff at the commune level in the new apparatus after the reorganization; at the same time, have policies for this team when they retire.

Referring to the medical field, voter Nguyen Huu Hong - Director of Nghia Dan Medical Center reflected that the hospital's construction investment projects were invested in since 2010, but have not yet been settled, affecting the upgrading and repair when they have degraded, somewhat affecting professional activities. Voters requested competent authorities to resolve the issue. At the same time, they requested that all levels study the transfer of civil servants working in the field of population and family planning after being trained at university level.

Voters of Nghia Dan and Nghia Loc communes requested competent authorities to upgrade Highway 48E, the section through Nghia Dan commune and Provincial Road 531, which has now degraded, affecting people's travel; increase the capacity of Nghia Dan Waste Treatment Plant; the prolonged environmental pollution situation...

Voters in 7 localities also raised many concerns related to the policy of abolishing the death penalty for 8 crimes, including embezzlement and bribery; adjusting land prices that are not suitable to reality in some contents; high electricity prices...

At the end of the conference, National Assembly delegate, Major General Tran Duc Thuan - Full-time member of the National Assembly's Committee on National Defense, Security and Foreign Affairs thanked voters for their concerns and responsibilities with their reflections and suggestions on many valid issues.
The delegate affirmed that the Provincial National Assembly Delegation is responsible for synthesizing and classifying issues under the authority of the Central Government and Nghe An province for research and resolution at all levels.
