On the sidelines of Nghe An Newspaper Cup: Cheerleading team story
In the qualifying rounds, it was easy to see the differences in the teams' cheering lineups; but whether the cheers were grand or modest, every team took to the field with great determination.
Even the home audience was terrified.
This morning (June 10), the town teamHoang MaiThe competition is for both children and teenagers, so the number of fans on the field is very large. Along with the strong force is the dense presence of vuvuzelas, and the sound of this horn is the terror of many people.
After “bombing” the sidelines of the youth field, the vuvuzela “musicians” continued to march into the children’s field, causing a stir. Because it was a closed space, the echo of the trumpets was even louder.
Not only do they blow their trumpets when their team scores a goal or when there is a crucial moment, but the “little musicians” also use their lungs to their full potential by blowing almost the entire match. This makes the older audience extremely “headache” and they constantly comment:
- You guys stay away - an elderly audience member "tactfully chased" him away.
- Every time I kick it, it feels good but it hurts my head!!! – Another audience member complained, then decided to move to an empty audience area to avoid the noise from the horn.
- Horrible! – After many reminders but the musicians still did not understand, another audience member shook his head and said.
If elected, the Hoang Mai cheering team will definitely win the title of... healthiest lungs in the tournament!
Reason for small voice
At the youth stadium, when the Hoang Mai team seemed to be losing strength, a female spectator encouraged the group of players sitting next to them:
- I'll call Hoang Mai the champion, then you guys can call after me!
Saying that, this audience shouted: Hoang Mai is the champion!

In response was the disjointed, dejected shouts of the players: Hoang Mai is the champion… After two tries, seeing that the spirit of this group of fans could not improve, the female spectator gave up.
- Why do you cheer for your team so weakly? - someone asked.
- We are on Thanh Chuong team, not Hoang Mai. And we are cheering for the players on Quynh Luu team (Hoang Mai's opponents on the field) - Thanh Chuong players said softly.

It turns out that Quynh Luu was cheering for him but was sitting next to Hoang Mai's group of fans, so this mistake happened.
House full of "roosters"
Unlike other teams, Quy Hop team brought their troops to compete with a very small force and only consisted of fathers. The matches also did not have many fans. Almost after each match, Quy Hop team would stop for a bit in the lobby to change clothes, celebrate and then follow the teachers back to the hotel.

- The children's group consists of two fathers who stay behind to help the teacher take care of the children. The fathers take care of all their eating and drinking activities. Last night, a child got sick, and the fathers also took care of medicine and porridge for him at every meal. There was a child who cried because he missed his mother, and the fathers were also the ones to comfort him - the coach of the Quy Hop Children's team shared.
- - Going with the kids makes me have another set of kids - one of the two fathers of the team humorously shared.
Without the meticulous and attentive care of mothers and grandmothers like other teams, the members of the Quy Hop Children's and Youth Team have a common support from the steadfastness, strength and resourcefulness of their "fathers".
This support has helpedQuy Hoptopped the qualifying table in both the children's and youth categories.
