(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of September 25, Lieutenant Colonel Tran Van Khang - Deputy Chief of Dien Chau District Police, said: at around 8:00 p.m. on September 24, at Hamlet 3 (Dien Truong Commune, Dien Chau), Chu Thien Hue (born in 1898, residing in Hamlet 3, Dien Truong) carried a knife to the house of his neighbor, Mrs. Pham Thi Huong (born in 1963, Hamlet 3). Hue used the knife to slash her twice in the neck and once in the leg, causing her to die on the spot.

According to Lieutenant Colonel Tran Van Khang, a few hours before the murder, Mrs. Pham Thi Huong and the mother of the suspect Hue had a conflict, had insinuated insults, and challenged each other... because of the wall separating the two families. Believing that his mother was insulted and challenged by Mrs. Huong, the suspect Hue took a knife to Mrs. Huong's house to intimidate her. After slashing Mrs. Huong to death, the suspect Hue fled. On the night of September 24, Dien Chau District Police coordinated with Dien Truong Commune Police to arrest the suspect Hue. After being brought to the district police headquarters, Hue honestly confessed his actions.

This morning, September 25, Dien Chau District Police and Nghe An Provincial Police conducted an autopsy on Ms. Huong to expand the investigation.
