Hospital 4: Organizing the contest "Beauty of female military medical soldiers"

(Baonghean.vn) -On April 25, Hospital 4, Logistics Department of Military Region 4 successfully organized the "Beauty of female military medical soldiers" contest.

Participating in the contest, 5 members of 4 teams from the Department of Internal Medicine, Paraclinical Medicine, Surgery and the Agency block must go through the following competitions: Greeting (introducing the characteristics, nature and tasks of their unit); Office Computer competition, members of the 4 teams selected by lottery must practice drafting a document according to the content determined by the Organizing Committee; Competition on communication and behavioral skills, handling common situations in performing tasks. In this competition, the teams must perform skits, comedies, folk song scenes to reflect the behavioral culture, spirit, attitude, responsibility for caring for and serving patients and their families. In the command competition, each team practices the command of the unarmed team according to the block.

The contest "Beauty of female military medical soldiers" organized by Hospital 4, Logistics Department of Military Region is an opportunity for each officer, doctor, nurse and professional staff of the Hospital in general, and members of the Hospital Women's Association in particular, to continue to study, improve awareness, understanding of the code of conduct, professional qualifications, at the same time, practice good communication culture, behavior, sharing with patients and patients' families, contributing to the good implementation of the code of conduct in the Hospital, improving the quality of patient service better and better.

At the end of the competition, the First Prize was awarded to the Paraclinical team. The Organizing Committee also awarded the Second Prize to the Agency block, and the Internal and External blocks won the Third Prize.
