According to the report of Cua Dong General Hospital, for health insurance examination and treatment activities, the total social insurance payment in 2015: 91%; 2016: 92%; 2017: 91.3%; 2018: estimated 92%; the rest is the patient's payment.

At the meeting, members of the monitoring delegation discussed and requested this medical facility to clarify issues such as: causes of existence, current limitations; difficulties in health insurance examination and treatment; cross-line examination and treatment...

The majority of the subjects receiving initial medical examination and treatment at the hospital are policy beneficiaries, retirees, poor households, near-poor households... while these subjects often suffer from many chronic diseases such as diabetes, high blood pressure, bone and joint diseases, so the frequency of medical examination and treatment is many times in a quarter, the number of treatment days is longer than other subjects. Therefore, ensuring the balance of the initial health insurance examination and treatment fund is very difficult to do.

Deputy Director of Cua Dong General Hospital, Mr. Tran Xa Hoi, also requested the Provincial People's Council to consult with relevant agencies about providing medical examination and treatment for Ha Tinh people...

Concluding the meeting, Ms. Nguyen Thi Lan - Deputy Head of the Culture - Social Committee, Provincial People's Council acknowledged the role of non-public medical examination and treatment facilities as well as the coordination between the health sector and the Social Insurance in creating conditions as well as supervising the activities of non-public medical facilities.

Ms. Nguyen Thi Lan also requested Cua Dong General Hospital to continue to follow the regulations to improve the quality of medical examination and treatment, and use the health insurance fund properly and effectively.
