Nghe An Endocrinology Hospital received Second Class Labor Medal

(Baonghean.vn) - On the afternoon of January 20, Nghe An Endocrinology Hospital held a ceremony to celebrate the 37th anniversary of the establishment of the unit, the 5th anniversary of the establishment of the Hospital and to receive the Second Class Labor Medal. Comrade Dinh Thi Le Thanh, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee attended and spoke at the ceremony.

In 2009, Nghe An Endocrinology Hospital was established on the basis of upgrading the Endocrinology Center. After 5 years of establishment, the hospital now has 3 functional rooms and 9 specialized departments, with a scale of 200 beds. Inheriting tradition, with solidarity and high consensus, the hospital staff always strives to excellently complete 2 key political tasks: directly deploying and directing medical units in the province to implement target programs for diabetes prevention and maintaining sustainable results in preventing iodine deficiency disorders; truly worthy of being the final hospital in the examination and treatment of endocrine and metabolic disorders in the province.

Speaking at the ceremony, Comrade Dinh Thi Le Thanh, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, praised and acknowledged the achievements of the unit. The Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee stated: with a team of high-quality human resources and modern specialized equipment, Nghe An Endocrinology Hospital has created conditions for people in the province and the North Central region to enjoy the benefits of examination and treatment of endocrine diseases and metabolic disorders, actively contributing to the cause of protecting and taking care of people's health in the new period.
