II. Standards and conditions for registration
1. Applicants must meet the following conditions:
- Have Vietnamese nationality and reside in Vietnam;
- 18 years of age or older, with a clear background, healthy enough to perform the job;
- Have professional qualifications, foreign language and computer skills suitable for the job position to be recruited and meet other conditions as required by the job position to be recruited.
2. The following people are not allowed to apply:
- Loss or limitation of civil act capacity or limited civil act capacity;
- Being prosecuted for criminal liability; serving a criminal sentence or decision of the court; being subject to administrative measures of being sent to a medical facility or educational facility.
III. Application documents, time and place for submitting application
1. Application documents include:
- Application form according to the form prescribed in Decree No. 85/2023/ND-CP dated December 7, 2023 of the Government amending and supplementing a number of articles of Decree 115/2020/ND-CP dated September 25, 2020.
