Military Hospital 4: Affection for Heroic Vietnamese Mothers

Last week, 98-year-old Vietnamese Heroic Mother Dao Thi Nam, whose two sons heroically sacrificed their lives on the southern battlefield, from Duc Tho town, Ha Tinh province, suffered a second stroke, paralysis on the left side of her body, physical exhaustion, and ulcers on her left buttock. She was treated at Department A7 - Military Hospital 4.

Representatives of Military Hospital 4 visited and presented gifts to Heroic Vietnamese Mother Dao Thi Nam

The Party Committee, the Hospital Board of Directors, together with representatives of mass organizations in the Hospital directly visited and gave gifts to encourage the mother. In addition to the team of doctors and nurses of the Department, the Executive Committee of the Hospital Women's Union registered to take care of and serve the mother during her hospitalization. Every day at the mother's bedside, members came to take care of every meal of porridge, rice bowl, and personal hygiene. The Youth Union registered to cook porridge for the mother every day. This was a small act but contributed to encouraging and helping the mother recover soon, and through it, it also educated the younger generation to practice the morality of drinking water and remembering its source.

Previously, 97-year-old Mother Phan Thi Tram, a Vietnamese Heroic Mother, from Vo Liet Commune, Thanh Chuong District, was treated at Department A1 of Military Hospital 4. After a period of treatment, due to old age and poor health, she passed away. The hospital supported all hospital fees and transportation to bring her home, organized a delegation of officials including the Board of Directors and representatives of mass organizations to pay their respects and express condolences to her family./.
