To protect the environment, Professor, Doctor of Science Tran Binh of NewTech Binh Dinh Science-Technology and Construction Company has researched and produced stoves that use rice husks, straw, waste, firewood... (collectively called biomass fuel) and even coal to create a blue, smokeless gas flame (see photo), do not emit toxic gases and have high heat like gas stoves that burn with liquefied gas. People can take advantage of local agricultural waste sources, then grind them finely, dry them and put them in the stove for use.

The stove "The Divine Fire of Vietnam"

This type of stove is called the “Vietnamese Divine Fire” stove, operating on the principle of pyrolysis and gasification of biomass and coal “from top to bottom”. When operating, the stove produces gas, burns without smoke, reduces or does not emit toxic gases such as CO2, CO, black carbon, SO2, NO2… The stove saves 2 to 3 times more fuel, shortens cooking time, is convenient to use, has a low price, and is suitable for the poor.

The “Vietnamese Divine Fire” stove was granted a patent by the Vietnamese Intellectual Property Office in 2012 and is considered an effective energy-saving solution… Currently, Professor Tran Binh is continuing research to bring this type of stove to widespread use in the market, especially in rural areas.
