Right on the ceiling of an ancient Roman archway, a fig tree grows upside down, facing the ground. No one knows exactly how this fig tree got there or how long it has been growing, but one thing is certain – despite its strange location, the Baiae fig tree grows larger every year and sometimes even bears fruit.
