Caught while preparing to steal a dog

(Baonghean.vn) - On September 15, 2014, the Mobile Police force of Nghe An Province Police handed over to Vinh City Police Nguyen Hong Quan (1992), residing in Hamlet 20, Nghi Trung Commune, Nghi Loc, one of two subjects riding a motorbike carrying weapons and tools to prepare to steal dogs in Vinh City.

At around 11:30 p.m. on September 14, 2014, a special task force of the Security and Mobile Police Department was on armed patrol according to Plan 212 on Tran Hung Dao Street in Doi Cung Ward (Vinh City), when it discovered two subjects riding a motorbike with license plate 37B2-622.68 carrying a sword. The task force overtook the two subjects and asked them to stop for inspection, but the two subjects ran away.

Arriving at Dao Tan Street in Cua Nam Ward, the two suspects abandoned their motorbikes and ran into a house to hide. Evidence seized at the scene included 1 motorbike, 1 sword, 1 homemade gun, 2 electric arrows, and 1 rubber crossbow. The task force brought the evidences to the headquarters for processing.

At about 8:30 a.m. on September 15, 2014, Quan went to the police station and confessed that he had invited a subject named Binh, residing in block 1, Quan Hanh town, Nghi Loc, to ride a motorbike carrying the above evidence into Vinh city to steal dogs, but was discovered by the Mobile Police force.
