(Baonghean.vn) -At 9:30 p.m. on November 20, at No. 82 (Le Hong Phong Street, Vinh City), due to a personal conflict, Mr. Ho Dinh Khue (born in 1987, residing in Xuan Thanh, Yen Thanh) was slashed in the back with a knife by a young man (unknown background), and is currently being treated at Nghe An General Hospital.
