Robbed on a deserted street

(Baonghean.vn) - At 10:00 p.m. on December 14, Mr. Thai Khac Quy (residing in Ky Tan commune, Tan Ky district) and Ms. Vo Thi Kim Oanh (residing in Thanh Luong commune, Thanh Chuong - both born in 1993, students at Vinh University) were sitting and talking on Hung Hoa dike (opposite Metro Supermarket, block 5, Ben Thuy ward, Vinh city) when they were controlled by 2 masked men, riding a motorbike with unknown license plate, using a knife to rob them of 1 motorbike and 1 cell phone.

Currently, Vinh City Police are investigating and clarifying.
