(Baonghean.vn) - At 7:30 a.m. on May 5, due to a personal conflict, Vo Van Lap (born in 1948, residing in Hong Son ward, Vinh city) used a stick to beat Tran Hai Ly (born in 1982, residing in Trung Do ward, Vinh city), injuring Mr. Ly.

Currently, the incident is being further investigated by Vinh City Police.
