At 4 p.m. on August 14, the police suddenly raided, controlled the entire security system and caught 8 people gambling at 2 gambling dens.
The seized evidence included more than 216 million VND in cash, 5 decks of cards, dice, notebooks... A quick check of the subjects' personal accounts showed that the amount of money used for gambling could be up to more than 1 billion VND.
According to Da Nang Police, this is a "billion-dollar gambling den" that operates regularly and in an organized manner. The police are consolidating records, expanding the investigation and arresting related subjects to handle according to regulations.
