Motorcyclist dragged by truck, died on the spot

(Baonghean.vn)- A serious traffic accident occurred at around 3:30 p.m. on August 28, on Mai Hac De Street (Quan Bau Ward, Vinh City).

At this time, a truck with license plate 37C – 129.10 (driver unknown) was traveling on National Highway 1A (Mai Hac De street section) in the North – South direction, turning onto Nguyen Canh Hoan street and collided with a motorbike with license plate 37K1 – 8222 traveling in the same direction.

The truck continued to drag the motorbike about 30m, causing Ms. Dang Thi Thuong (born in 1972, residing in Quan Hanh town, Nghi Loc district - the motorbike driver) to die on the spot.

After the accident, Quan Bau Ward Police, Vinh City Traffic Police and the Provincial Police Department's Criminal Techniques Department were present to protect the scene and conduct an autopsy to investigate the cause.
