Comrade Ho Duc Phoc, on behalf of the provincial leaders, thanked, acknowledged and highly appreciated the contributions of Associate Professor - Doctor Nguyen Trung Chinh and musician Anh Duong. Associate Professor - Doctor Nguyen Trung Chinh, who directly treated 2 cases of breast cancer successfully using the first stem cell transplant and autologous blood regeneration method in Vietnam.
Associate Professor, Dr. Nguyen Trung Chinh Nguyen is a Colonel, Head of the Oncology Department of Military Hospital 108. After retiring, he was invited by Nghe An Oncology Hospital to become a consultant and he has made important contributions to Nghe An's health sector.
