Provincial Party Secretary conducts surprise inspection of Tet care for the poor

The Provincial Party Secretary directly visited and presented gifts to the poor and families in especially difficult circumstances, including: Mrs. Tran Thi Thanh (Hamlet 3, Nghi Lien Commune, Vinh City - a single household, currently on artificial respiration; Mr. Nguyen Van Vuong - both husband and wife received Certificates of Merit during the resistance war, currently a poor household; Mrs. Nguyen Thi Than - a poor single household and Mrs. Nguyen Thi Chat (Bac Thinh Hamlet, Nghi Thiet Commune, Nghi Loc District) who is old and weak and lives with her disabled daughter.
