The Provincial Party Secretary and his delegation visited and wished a Happy Lunar New Year 2021 to the family of musician Le Ham, member of the Vietnam Musicians' Association and the Nghe An Province Literature and Arts Association in Truong Thi ward, Vinh city.

Wishing musician Le Ham and his family a Happy New Year 2021, comrade Thai Thanh Quy respectfully acknowledged their positive contributions to the music development of Nghe An province.

Musician Le Ham, born in 1934, from Dien Hong commune, Dien Chau district, Nghe An province, is considered a giant in the music village of Nghe An.The public knows him for many works about his hometown Nghe An such as: "Vinh - City of Dawn", "Mother of Lotus Village";...

With his contributions, musician Le Ham has been awarded many noble titles by the Party and the State. The Vietnam Musicians Association has selected the application to propose the State-level Specialized Council to consider awarding the "State Prize" for Literature and Arts in 2021 in the field of music.

Next, the Provincial Party Secretary and the delegation visited and wished a Happy New Year to the family of Dr. Nguyen Van Dinh - Director of the Nghe An Provincial Center for Disease Control (CDC Nghe An). Dr. Nguyen Van Dinh is from Vien Thanh commune, Yen Thanh district, Nghe An province and currently lives in Hung Dung ward, Vinh city.

Comrade Thai Thanh Quy acknowledged the dedication and contributions of Dr. Nguyen Van Dinh in consulting and organizing the implementation of professional, technical and operational activities on disease prevention and control, ensuring people's health.

In particular, Dr. Nguyen Van Dinh has led Nghe An CDC to perform its tasks well, contributing to Nghe An province's effective implementation of Covid-19 prevention and control work. In the face of the complicated developments of the Covid-19 pandemic, Provincial Party Secretary Thai Thanh Quy requested Dr. Nguyen Van Dinh to continue to promote his role as leader and lead Nghe An CDC to continue to perform its professional tasks well, to ensure the safety and health of the people.

The Provincial Party Secretary and his delegation visited and extended New Year greetings to the family of Associate Professor, Dr. Nguyen Thi Trang Thanh, Deputy Director of the Institute of Social Pedagogy, Vinh University in Le Mao ward, Vinh city.

Born in 1974, hometown in Cat Van commune, Thanh Chuong district, Associate Professor, Dr. Nguyen Thi Trang Thanh is an outstanding lecturer, with many contributions to the career of human resource training and scientific research.

Associate Professor, Dr. Nguyen Thi Trang Thanh has chaired and participated in implementing many provincial and ministerial level projects and topics, which have been applied in practice in Nghe An and many works have been published in national specialized magazines; international newspapers/magazines and published as books.

In 2018, Dr. Nguyen Thi Trang Thanh was recognized by the State Council of Professors as an Associate Professor; honored as an "Outstanding Teacher" in 2019 by the Ministry of Education and Training; and awarded 2 Certificates of Merit by the Minister of Education and Training;...
