Arrested while stealing, stabbed police with scissors
Arrested for theft, the subjects fought back fiercely, using scissors to stab and injure a police officer.

On the morning of March 31, the Investigation Police Agency of Binh Thuy District Police, Can Tho City, is detaining Le Minh Hieu (born 1987) and Tran Quang Khoi (born 1987, both residing in Ninh Kieu District, Can Tho City) to investigate and clarify two acts of property theft and resisting and causing injury to police officers while on duty.
According to the Investigation Agency, at around 11:00 a.m. on March 30, Hieu invited Khoi to go with him to steal property to sell for money to spend and Khoi agreed.
Hieu was driving a motorbike carrying Khoi on Le Hong Phong Street (Tra Noc Ward, Binh Thuy District) when he discovered a truck parked on the side of the road, with no one watching. Hieu immediately got in the truck, used the key to cut the wire, and stole 2 batteries.
Just as the two subjects were about to leave the scene to escape, they were discovered and chased by the Tra Noc Ward Police patrol team.
Arriving at Nguyen Van Linh Street (National Highway 91B, Long Hoa Ward, Binh Thuy District), the two subjects were caught by the patrol team. However, before being controlled, Hieu fought back fiercely, using scissors to stab and injure a ward police officer.
Khoi took advantage of the moment of carelessness to escape. In the afternoon of the same day, Khoi was arrested by the special criminal police force of Can Tho City Police.
It is known that Hieu has 3 previous convictions for robbery, snatching and theft, and Khoi has 3 previous convictions for theft of property.
The case is still under investigation./.
