(Baonghean.vn) - On March 22, after the Belgian people were still shocked by the two bombings at Zaventem airport and Maelbeek metro station in Brussels, which killed at least 34 people and injured more than 200, some people continued to post false alarms on social networking sites, causing public panic.

After the bloody terrorist attack in Brussels, on popular social networking sites such as Facebook, Twitter... some IS supporters began to spread many fake alarms causing panic among the public. According to statistics, there were at least 3 accounts spreading similar fake alarms with similar images.

These accounts all warned of possible attacks on public places in Brussels, such as hospitals, universities, and even the European Commission. To further illustrate their warnings, they also released photos with notes that appeared to have been prepared in advance.

And of course, up to this point, there has been no information about finding bombs in the locations these accounts have given.

On the morning of March 22, when these accounts were spreading false information, Twitter and Facebook administrators suspended the accounts. However, soon after, many other accounts were created and continued to post similar information.

Some experts do not rule out the possibility that this is a new method of IS jihadists to further disrupt the situation in Belgium.
