(Baonghean.vn)- On February 10, the 2015 Spring Newspaper Festival officially closed in Hanoi. The organizing committee awarded prizes for the best display booths and best newspaper covers to the participating units. Nghe An Newspaper won the B prize in the category of best newspaper covers.
Attending the closing ceremony were comrade Dinh The Huynh, Politburo member, Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Head of the Central Propaganda Department; Thuan Huu, Party Central Committee member, President of the Vietnam Journalists Association, Editor-in-Chief of Nhan Dan Newspaper; Nguyen The Ky - Deputy Head of the Central Propaganda Department, leaders of central ministries, departments and branches, the Vietnam Journalists Association, leaders of the Hanoi People's Committee, provincial Journalists Associations and representatives of central and local agencies and press agencies with booths at the 2015 At Mui Spring Press Festival.
Nghe An province had Mr. Nguyen Quoc Hieu, Permanent Vice President of the Provincial Journalists Association attending.

The 2015 Spring Press Festival opened on February 7, with the participation of 65 press agencies, Central and local Journalists Associations with 120 exhibition booths. During the 4 days of the Spring Press Festival, tens of thousands of people came to visit, read newspapers, and attend sideline seminars.

At the Spring Newspaper Festival, the Organizing Committee judged the beautiful display booths and beautiful newspaper covers (including both content and form). As a result, in the category of beautiful display booths, there were 2 special awards from the Ministry of Information and Communications and Vietnam Television, 10 display booths won A prizes, 29 booths won B prizes. The beautiful cover award (including both content and form) for printed newspapers had 10 A prizes, 22 B prizes, 29 C prizes. The beautiful cover award for magazines had no A prizes, 6 B prizes, 7 C prizes.
