'Dragon Hall' sign 30K-567.89 unexpectedly returns to the upcoming auction

Vietnam Auction Partnership (VPA) has just announced a list of 389 license plates that will be auctioned online on December 6. Notably, at the top of this list is the super VIP "dragon hall" license plate 30K-567.89 of Hanoi City. This is the third time this license plate has been "on the market".

Previously, this VIP license plate was on the list of 11 super beautiful license plates in the first license plate auction on September 15. At this auction, a customer in Thanh Hoa won the license plate 30K-567.89 for 13,075 billion VND and at the same time, was also the customer who won the license plate of Ho Chi Minh City 51K-888.88 for more than 32 billion VND. However, this customer forfeited the deposit for both VIP license plates.

License plate 30K-567.89 returned for a second auction on October 28 and was auctioned for a highest price of 16.57 billion VND. The second winning price for this license plate was 3.495 billion VND higher than the first.

Speaking to reporters, a representative of the Vietnam Joint Stock Auction Company confirmed that the "dragon hall" license plate 30K-567.89 is on the list of license plates transferred by the Traffic Police Department and will be put on the market soon. Thus, with its third re-release, it can be understood that this VIP license plate has continued to have customers abandon their deposits.

Many players of beautiful license plates predict that, in this third re-competition, the winning price of the above license plate will be significantly reduced, maybe even under 10 billion VND. In the current market, the number set "567.89" is as "hot" as the five-digit license plate and is sought after by many people in the business world, but in reality, many cars and motorbikes with this license plate have a transfer price that is not as high as cars with five-digit 8 or five-digit 9 license plates.

In addition to the name "dragon hall", the number 56789 is also translated by the beautiful license plate players as "leveling everything", symbolizing unstoppable advancement. This is the vehicle registration serial number in the vehicle management system.

Previously, of the 11 super beautiful license plates brought out for the first pilot auction of car license plates on September 15, up to 6 car license plates were abandoned. After that, the license plates were re-auctioned and gradually found new owners. The most prominent was license plate 51K-888.88, which was bid 15.265 billion VND in the second re-auction on October 21, less than half of the old price paid on September 15 (over 32 billion VND). By November 7, the person who won the auction for this license plate had paid the full amount and completed the registration procedure for the license plate to be attached to a Toyota Crown classic car. Up to this point, this is the license plate with the highest value that has been put into circulation.

Thanh Hoa's license plate 36A-999.99 was sold at 5.285 billion VND when re-auctioned on October 25, a decrease of 2.185 billion VND compared to the price of 7.47 billion VND in the first auction (September 15). To date, this license plate has been registered on the new generation Lexus RX350 luxury car.

According to the regulations, for each license plate, the auction participant must pay a deposit of 40 million VND and 100,000 VND for the auction registration form. The auction duration for each license plate is 60 minutes.

Immediately after the online auction ends, the auction results will be displayed and a confirmation report will be sent to the auction winner's mailbox.

Within 15 days from the date of announcement of the results, the auction winner must pay the entire auction price (after deducting the deposit of 40 million VND). After the above deadline, if the auction winner does not pay the full amount, the deposit will be lost and the license plate will be put up for auction again.
