I am very aware that being trusted to be nominated as a candidate for the Provincial People's Council and District People's Council for the 2016-2021 term is both an honor and a great responsibility, especially for a son who, after 30 years of being away from home, has now been mobilized and reinforced by the province to serve his hometown of Quy Hop.

This is my good fortune to have the opportunity to show my gratitude and repay my homeland, the place where I was born and raised, the place that nurtured my childhood and personality, as well as continued the revolutionary tradition of my family. In the past time, together with the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee, I have been struggling to solve many issues directly related to people's lives, contributing to the socio-economic development of the locality. If voters trust me in the upcoming election, I will focus on the following 6 main contents:

First: Maintain regular contact with voters to grasp the situation and listen to people's opinions and aspirations; convey voters' recommendations to provincial and district People's Council meetings, as well as relevant management agencies and will "follow up" to the end to have feedback results to voters as soon as possible.

Second: Together with the collective Party Committee of the district, lead the successful implementation of the targets set by the Party Congresses at all levels, determined to innovate the Party's leadership methods with the motto of focusing on the grassroots, ensuring the satisfaction of the people and businesses. Lead administrative reform among the staff, civil servants and public employees to ensure that people and businesses are not harassed or troubled when solving procedural issues.

Third: Efforts to attract investment projects in the area, increase local budget revenue and contribute to transforming the crop and livestock structure, improving people's income.

Fourth: Focus on the strength of Quy Hop orange products to lead the organization and successful implementation of the Resolution on "Developing Quy Hop orange material areas towards commodity production in the period of 2016 - 2020 and the following years", focusing on developing the Quy Hop orange brand and will become a product of Nghe An present in many domestic and foreign markets.

Fifth: Focus on leading sustainable mineral development, minimizing environmental impacts, enhancing social security; especially convincing the Provincial People's Council to pay attention to decentralizing the budget for granting mineral exploitation rights to districts and communes annually so that districts and communes can proactively plan to respond to environmental treatment and public welfare works due to the consequences of mineral exploitation.

Sixth: Together with the people and businesses, focus on successfully and effectively building the National Target Program on New Rural Development, starting with building hamlets/villages that meet new rural criteria. At the same time, pay special attention to the issue of job creation for Quy Hop children after graduating from universities and colleges... by working with businesses and investors inside and outside the district to raise the issue of recruiting jobs suitable for the trained profession or in the long term, with orientation for career guidance, placing training orders with addresses...
