In the past 5 years, Anh Son Education and Training Department has had 1,875 excellent teachers at the district level and 111 excellent teachers at the provincial level. The movement of writing and applying innovative experiences was ranked as an excellent unit by the provincial emulation council, the movement of making teaching aids was effective, and investment in teaching and learning facilities and equipment was focused.

Anh Son is a leading district and maintains the "learning drum", contributing to improving the quality of teaching and learning. The whole district has 1,848 grassroots emulation fighters, 55 provincial emulation fighters, 18 collectives, 191 individuals awarded Certificates of Merit by the Provincial People's Committee, 2 collectives awarded emulation flags by the Provincial People's Committee: Anh Son Secondary School and Dinh Son Kindergarten. There are 6 collectives and 10 individuals awarded certificates of merit by the Ministry of Education and Training, one collective awarded the First Class Labor Medal, 3 collectives awarded the Third Class Labor Medal, 3 teachers awarded the title of Excellent Teacher.

In 5 years, the district has had over 17 million excellent students at the district level, 1007 excellent students at the provincial level. Especially in the 2014-2015 school year, excellent students of grade 9 ranked 4th in the province. Anh Son I High School is one of the top in the province in terms of the number of students passing the university entrance exam with high scores.

Over the past 5 years, the Education and Training sector of Hung Nguyen district has promoted the patriotic emulation movement with the goals and content of the emulation associated with the implementation of the district's political tasks, in accordance with the functions and tasks of the sector.

Through this movement, there have been many initiatives in organizing and implementing, linking emulation movements with major campaigns attracting the participation and response of a large number of cadres, teachers and students, thereby contributing to good teaching and learning.

The high school graduation rate is over 98%; lower secondary education has been universalized since 2003, and the district was recognized by the Provincial People's Committee as meeting the standards for universal preschool education for 5-year-old children in 2013.

Regarding emulation and commendation work, 1 collective received the Government's emulation flag; 3 collectives and 5 individuals received certificates of merit from the Prime Minister; 5 collectives and 20 individuals received certificates of merit from the Ministry of Education and Training; 8 units and 48 individuals received certificates of merit from the Provincial People's Committee; 4,042 individuals received the title of "Advanced Laborer"; 605 individuals received the title of "Grassroots Emulation Fighter"; 15 individuals received the title of "Provincial Emulation Fighter".

At the conference, the District Department of Education and Training awarded certificates of merit to 8 collectives and 19 individuals with outstanding achievements in emulation movements in the period 2010 - 2015.
