Nghe An: Highlights on August 16

The flag-raising ceremony and walk under the program "Moving Forward with Vietnam" took place simultaneously in 34 provinces and cities; Nghe An opened the thematic exhibition "Vietnam - Ho Chi Minh: From the Autumn of Independence to the Era of Rising"... are the highlights of the day.

Delegations from the Central Government and Nghe An province offered flowers to commemorate President Ho Chi Minh.

On the morning of June 30, before the announcement ceremony of the Resolution of the National Assembly, the National Assembly Standing Committee on ending the operation of district-level administrative units, rearranging commune-level administrative units; decisions on establishing commune-level Party Committees; appointing personnel for Party Committees, leaders of People's Councils, People's Committees, and Vietnam Fatherland Front Committees at commune level, the delegation of the Central Government and Nghe An province held a flower and incense offering ceremony at Ho Chi Minh Square and Uncle Ho Monument.
