City's Board of Directors requests urgent sale of "Wild Horse" Balotelli
Man City's board of directors has initiated plans to sell Mario Balotelli after a physical confrontation with coach Roberto Mancini.
Mancini is very upset because of Balotelli's instinctive personality
The Italian strategist had a meeting with the City board of directors after the shameful scandal and admitted that he was completely powerless to correct the unruly character of his compatriot. The Man City board of directors asked Mancini to find a new destination for Balotelli as soon as possible, and definitely this January.
But according to another source, Man City will not actively sell Balotelli after the scandal to avoid being forced to pay a higher price by their partners. They will return to teams that are proactive or have been eyeing “Super Mario” before.
Balotelli had a successful EURO 2012 on a personal level but he has not been able to maintain that impressive performance with City this season. Balotelli has only scored one goal in the Premier League in 2011/12 and he has mostly attracted attention for his unruly personality both on the pitch and in training.
Currently, Milan has expressed interest in borrowing Balotelli but City only wants to sell him outright. That is also the only team that is enthusiastic about taking in the Italian "Crazy Horse".
Coach Mancini affirmed that he was ready to give Balotelli “100 chances to make amends”. Optimism appeared in the Man City training session when Balotelli made peace with Scott Sinclair. Both laughed and talked happily as if nothing had happened the day before.
But the embarrassing images of Balotelli's fury at Mancini's defence of Sinclair were splashed across the newspapers. The order had been given and Balotelli's time at the Etihad began to count down.
