Provincial Military Command inspects training of new soldiers

In 2021, Battalion 41, Regiment 764 received and trained 180 new soldiers. The unit has proactively implemented all aspects of the work, paying special attention to ensuring barracks and combat training grounds, creating the most favorable conditions for new soldiers to work with peace of mind, quickly stabilize their accommodation and start training immediately.

Praising the efforts of the Regiment's staff at all levels in ensuring facilities and organizing and maintaining training to successfully carry out the 2021 training mission, Colonel Nguyen Ngoc Ha requested the Regiment to thoroughly grasp the motto "basic, practical, solid"; the unit's staff needs to continue to closely follow the troops.

The Commander of the Provincial Military Command requested: The Party Committee and the Regiment Commander need to continue to study, thoroughly grasp, and strictly implement the resolutions and directives of the superiors on combat training in 2021; actively implement measures to improve the quality of training for the subjects, ensuring correct and sufficient training content and programs. Carry out well the propaganda, education, and orientation of awareness and action for soldiers; Pay attention to and care for the material and spiritual lives of soldiers, ensure the highest proportion of healthy soldiers participating in training, and be determined to excellently complete the training tasks in 2021.

In particular, the unit needs to pay attention to the work of preventing and fighting the Covid-19 epidemic; Limit relatives and friends from visiting soldiers on holidays and breaks. The training staff on duty with the highest number of personnel, always upholding the sense of responsibility, exemplary behavior, caring, close to new soldiers, helping them feel secure, strive to study, train and complete assigned tasks well.
