On April 10, a working delegation of the Provincial Military Command led by Colonel Phan Dai Nghia - Member of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, Commander of the Provincial Military Command inspected the progress of defense projects in the province.

After listening to the units report on the progress of construction projects, defense works, and combat works in the province, Colonel Phan Dai Nghia - Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Commander of the Provincial Military Command emphasized that building combat works is a strategic task in the cause of building and defending the Fatherland; the defense works systems being built are of important and practical significance to consolidate the position and enhance the defense capability to protect the Fatherland.

The Commander of the Provincial Military Command requested units in charge of constructing combat works to strictly implement regulations and labor safety rules, organize construction in the right order, comply with processes, standards and design documents approved by competent authorities. In addition, construction units promptly overcome the limitations pointed out by the inspection team, focus all resources, human resources, machinery, equipment, speed up the progress of completing projects and items; combine the implementation of works to ensure progress with disbursement of investment capital in accordance with legal regulations; strengthen the inspection and supervision of construction quality; promptly reflect to resolve difficulties and problems in order to hand over the works for use on time as committed./.
