The three units that the Delegation visited were Division 324 stationed in Do Luong district; Brigade 414 and Military School of Military Region 4 stationed in Nam Dan district. At the units visited, Colonel Cao Huy Luong, on behalf of the Delegation, presented gifts and congratulated the officers and soldiers of the units for their efforts to overcome difficulties, achieving many good results in the emulation movement to win, excellently completing all assigned tasks, worthy of the heroic tradition of the Vietnam People's Army.
