Quang Ninh Provincial Party Secretary Pham Minh Chinh has taken on a new assignment as Deputy Head of the Central Organizing Committee. His successor is Deputy Secretary and Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Van Doc.

This morning, in Ha Long city, Head of the Central Organizing Committee To Huy Rua attended the meeting of the Quang Ninh Provincial Party Committee Executive Committee and implemented the Politburo's decision on the mobilization and assignment of cadres.

At the conference, Permanent Deputy Head of the Central Organizing Committee Tran Luu Hai announced the Politburo's decision for Mr. Pham Minh Chinh to cease his membership in the Executive Committee - Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of the Quang Ninh Provincial Party Committee to take on a new assignment as Deputy Head of the Central Organizing Committee for the 2010-2015 term.

At the same time, the Politburo's decision to approve Mr. Nguyen Van Doc, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee - Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, to hold the position of Secretary of the Quang Ninh Provincial Party Committee for the 2010-2015 term, was announced.

Speaking at the conference, Head of the Central Organizing Committee To Huy Rua highly appreciated the breakthroughs and achievements of Quang Ninh province in the fields of Party building, development of cadres and personnel at all levels, and socio-economic development, including the great contributions of Mr. Pham Minh Chinh and Mr. Nguyen Van Doc in leadership and direction.
